If you are looking for a high quility childrens or adults quad please check out all of our specifications and dimensions prior to purchase to make sure you are purchasing a quad which will be LARGE enough for your age/size.

Again please do not purchase a childs ATV for $500 if you are a full grown adult, it is intended for children.

You can contact us 7 days a week at (866) 710-6096

All of our technical specifications are listed directly on our website and are provided by the manufacturer. It is clearly stated we rely on their specifications to supply the dimensions/weight limits etc for every item.

We also have a strict no return policy, and made an extreme exception to provide a replacement option for the customer.

The customer denied this option because the true issue was the customer bought a childs ATV which can hold 250lbs, if you are a 3 foot child, not a full grown adult with larger center of gravity.

Bottom line is the customer pursued legal options in the wrong venue, the purchase was in Illinois - not Michigan - therefore the ruling has no jurisdiction.
