Legion Global Ripped Me Off

If you elect to ignore all the Ripoff Reports and do business with this company anyway, DO NOT USE THE ELECTRONIC CHECKS OPTION. The company promised a $50 rebate if we did; not only did they renege on the offer (they claimed my order didn't meet the minimum amount to get the rebate, even though there's no mention of any minimum on the web site) but they RETAINED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION to make an unauthorized withdrawal 2 months later! No notification, no bill, no reason given . . . they simply helped themselves to another $85.00. Needless to say, I filing a fraud claim against them with my bank and will eventually recover the money, but what a hassle.
As far as their product went, we bought a kid ATV and it's fair to say that the quality is commensurate with the cheap price. However, the second time my daughter rode it, the plug in the side of the starter housing fell out and most of the oil drained out without our realizing it. I caught it before the engine seized, so I'm hoping not too much damage was done, but once again, BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with these people and their merchandise.

Darlene i was told samething about front tire and actually battery there was alot more to putting them together.Did u get ur certificate of origin? I am trying to get mine and not getting anywhere....

- I ordered a Silver Roketa, because LG did not have the blue one, which I preferred. THEY SENT ME A BLACK ONE INSTEAD
-Was told all that needed to be assembled would be front tire and handle bars. The bike was in pieces when it arrived to my home
-I did not get my $50.00 off
-Wrong parts were sent
-Had to go to the store to purchase screws which fit to attach front of bike
- Did not receive a warranty
I am upset, but it's too late now.
DO NOT BUY FROM LEGION GLOBAL, EVER!

I purchased a go kart for my son for christmas. It was supposed to be red it was orange, tried to call them they told me to unpack it and make sure, well we did and it was orange. After many phone calls I was told to put it together as It was a x-mas gift and they would handle it after christmas. Well that never happened instead we had to deal with the breaks falling off, it did not go in reverse it was just one thing after another. I was then told why did i put it together.I sent a ton of e-mails as well as phone calls but got no response. After I filed a complaint with my bank and credit card company and won they all of a sudden wanted to know why I was unhappy and that they did not get any of my phone calls and e-mails. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM LEGION GLOBAL. AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE DO NOT WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL YOU BACK OR HELP YOU JUST FILE A COMPLAINT ASAP BEFORE ITS TO LATE
