I seen the white 250cc ninja style bike online and was attracted to. They had said there was 4 in stock and it was a sunday special. Monday my fiancee called and the salsman told her they wer out of that bike and tried to sell her a romascooter and telling her it WAS a motorcycle. I purchased a go cart from this company and the got 1 hour of operation. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in this Go Cart. All I want to know is what is the best method for shipping the Go Cart back to you to get my money back? Here is a list of reason why: 1. Im am in the process of taking this compnay to court as well. they sold me a scooter for 1600.00 and the engine overheated the next day and and within one month it longer even ran. the company does not respond to emails or concerns or anything and is not willing to help in anyway- they said they were willing to cover parts and they never did. when i filed a dispute with my credit card company they send in fraudulent/ false documents competely lying about certain issues. i am very dissatisfied with this company and they obviously hae very poor... My experience with Legion Global has been wrong on every level-the scooter I purchased is now sitting out by my trash cans as I have NEVER been able to use it yet! I am an amputee on SSI so I dropped a huge portion of my income on this useless garbage. I cannot walk so a scooter is how I move even 2 steps. Legions Global sold me a 50cc scooter. Within days the front wheel began shaking. I took it to a mechanic who said it was manufacturer deficient. I ordered the front wheel assembly on 6-30-08 and it is now 2-9-09 and I haven't received the part. They have no concern about consumer satisfaction. I've contacted the BBB twice and the Illinois Attorney General. Do not do business with this company. You will get ripped off. If you want to buy from them I would contact the BBB first and see the complaints. You can't even call... Read more

I am now having problems with broken welds and bolts constantly coming loose. The overall welds according to a certified welder are poor quality and will continue to break. I also am constantly having to retighten bolts because Legion Global Motorsports had sent me the wrong bolts. I have called again and E-Mailed their company and still do not get any calls or answers to my e-mails. I would like to find out more about the class action lawsuit that others are filing. I purchased a "Dirt Hugger 150cc" from Legion Global Motor sports in June 2008. I am still having problems. After nine (9) phone calls and treated rude by the employees I finally had received a return call. The Go-Kart I purchased is horrible. Many problems with the battery, roll bars, missing parts, leaky gas tank, headlights, very poor instructions. The battery when installed was touching the muffler due to poor design by the company. I had the battery melt and had to purchase a new one at $64.00. I notified the company many times... Read more

I want to know if anyone has gotten ANY satisfaction from Legion Global with their purchases? Did anyone take them to court? I am going to take them to court and do whatever it takes to shut this business down once and for all. It is wrong how they are screwing consumers. I am filing all the papers today. I have to fly to Illinois for court..but that's ok..I am going to do what I need to do to make these guys pay. They'll be wishing they would have given me a refund when I am done with them. I purchased a LG Ambassador Hot tub that virtually self destructed in months. Both pumps quit, the light covers all fell off, the cover came apart, and the electrical shorted out and the tub can not be shut off manually but needed to be unplugged. According to the LG website information, the tub was warranted. When talking with the LG people they did not take any responsibility, and refered me to another company.
